AURA RESIDENCES — Private Luxury Estate
About AURA RESIDENCES — Private Luxury Estate Service
A 12,000 sq. ft. modern luxury estate merging bespoke organic textures, custom bronze fixtures, and intelligent
environmental controls into a seamless coastal sanctuary. Designed for a high-net-worth multi-generational
family, the layout emphasizes continuous indoor-outdoor living while maintaining rigorous private zones. Every
architectural line was engineered to maximize natural daylighting and ocean vistas while shielding interior spaces
from excessive coastal winds. The project acts as a benchmark in private luxury living, demonstrating how
sustainable engineering and artisanal craftsmanship can co-exist within a single unified structural vision.
More Details on AURA RESIDENCES — Private Luxury Estate
The Aura Residences project was conceptualized as a private coastal retreat that honors its surrounding
environment while providing uncompromised living luxury. Our studio executed the entire project scope from
initial architectural floor planning to final turnkey interior styling. Key features include custom-milled white oak
cabinetry, book-matched Italian Calacatta marble walls, and a multi-zone smart lighting system designed to follow
natural human circadian cycles. The property incorporates dual executive master suites, a subterranean climatecontrolled glass wine cellar, and an expansive outdoor pavilion with seamless indoor-outdoor terrazzo flooring.
The internal gallery spaces were engineered specifically around the client’s curated collection of international
contemporary art, integrating museum-grade ultraviolet light filtering and hidden climate stabilization controls.
